Was out back today meeting David Norris of Raleigh Parks and Rec. surveying the fallen limb damage in the alley. He noted someone (1008 W. South St. tenant or owner?) had taken a hatchet to one of my trees (4" dia. standing roughly 15 high below its top damage) and dragged the resulting debris onto my property. He further noted someone had made a saw cut into another of my trees (8" dia. standing over 20 high below its top damage). In both instances, someone had to go onto my property to do yet more damage and without my consent, of course. He said the damage done by that person further complicates their maintenance task. Two salvageable trees wholly on my property must now be removed.
