Bench in front of 89 Pearl (where people wait for the bus) is littered in all directions with dozens and dozens of cigarette butts. I see the same couple of folks sitting there chain-smoking all the time. In addition to cleaning up these butts may i suggest one of those "smokers station ashtrays" to reduce future litter, as the cause is chronic. Your call; it's MHA so it's all coming out of the city's coffers anyway... Thanks.
