Blown out storm water drain I've report this over and over The hole was covered with dirt, but on the rain after that, it was opened up again Then someone (maybe code enforcement put little white flags around it and it's still flowing There are children playing in the area and they might fall into this Please fix this or have the property owner fix it I've been complaining about this for OVER FIVE YEARS!!!)
