These markings are still peeling off; no signs of any repairs. I'd say from looking at the ones done on campus last year or two that they're definitely in better shape than the markings laid right on top of the pavement surface.

Some of these markings are almost completely gone now as you can see from these photos just taken yesterday (Aug. 12, 2015).

To answer AndrewWalking above: the bike lane and crosswalk markings that have been installed the past couple years below grade on campus are surviving much better. How much better it's hard to say but that's still the current method of installing them on campus so that has to mean something as it does cost considerably more to do it that way on the initial installation.

They were replaced some time ago. Construction eqpt. from the 1855 Place work has destroyed some of those newer markings already.
