I totally agree with this assessment of the two homes on Huntleigh. They are a blight on the neighborhood and the several violations reported for these two addresses have failed to correct the issue and the neighbors continue to have to suffer the consequences of noise, and the eyesore it creates and possible decrease in property value. Codes and zoning ordinances must have the ability to correct this deplorable situation.

You can add to the two houses 3521 and 3517 Huntleigh,
3513 Huntleigh, as this front yard has become a parking lot as well!

These two blocks have become very blighted and look terrible. It will affect property values and time to sell on the market. Obviously the residents are inconsiderate and opposed to keeping their homes in good condition and doing what other considerate neighbors are doing. I hope the inspectors are reaching out to the residents as well as the possible owners/investors. There are enforceable codes for this type of selfish regard to the appearance of the neighborhood and hope our hard working code inspectors/enforces can help out here. More neighbors contributing to the discussion could help tremendously and can be anonymous. Come on neighbors: let yourself be heard and stop the lowering of property values with this serious and deteriorating issue...
