Thank you for the inquiry. Was the work occurring at 30 Arlene or at another location? Was this being performed in the front yard or rear yard?
Depending upon whether the jackhammering work was connected to an issued permit, the use of the jackhammer after 6 PM on Saturday may not have been a noise violation. Maintenance work, which can include jackhammering, is allowed until 7 PM on weekends.
