Beschreibung
The house is rented to Quinnipiac University students. There are 7-8 cars parked at the house and often 10-12 cars. The trash cans have been at the curb for 3 months and a number of times they have been filled with trash but placed in such a way as they are unable to be picked up. As a result they often overflow and trash is all over the property. There are also black plastic bags filled with trash, boxes and other trash piled up at the garage door. Also there are tire tracks on the front lawn where cars have driven across the lawn and dug up the yard.

Just a heads up, Wallingford doesn't have a contract with SeeClickFix, so it's unlikely your town's officials will see this reported issue.
You might want to check the town's website for contact information. Here's their website:

I hope this information helps.

Some of we elected officials read the site ;)
You are correct; in totality, the administration doesn't (but it wasn't from a lack of trying)

Thanks Jason. It's great to hear SeeClickFix isn't being ignored. By the way, would Wallingford ever be interested in utilizing this great tool to its fullest extent?
As time passes, more and more towns & cities across the country are enjoying an elevated level of civic service. Come on in, the water's fine.

The current Administration would not - we (the Council) pressed the Mayor on the idea of allowing the Police Department the ability to (formally, with permission) utilize Social Media (Facebook, Twitter) to get out notices, press releases, etc - we basically got the "thumbs down"
Using something like this site which would allow residents to post issues interactively and then have the town respond / address? That's too progressive and technologically advanced for this town.
"People like to place a phone call and receive an answer on the other end" (I'm paraphrasing) but that's the Mayor's standard response.
Right now these are our formats (beyond calling on the phone during business hours)
