Um no it isn't "abated." In fact, sidewalk is still icy and blocked. This is frankly insulting because you clearly did not go to the intersection to even take a look at the problem. Maybe if we're lucky it will melt this week since clearly the city can't be troubled to do its job and clear the sidewalk at this dangerous intersection.

This complaint states 380 Baldwin Ave. as the location. There is no snow at 380 Baldwin Ave. The pictures attached are actually on the opposite side of the street and on the State Hwy. We will send an inspector back out to this location. In the future, please try to be more accurate with the location when opening a complaint to avoid the confusion. Thank you.

That's the address See Click Fix suggested because there is no building near this intersection and the app just grabbed a random one from my pin. Instead of forcing citizens going about their daily lives to become first rate data collectors, maybe the city could take note of areas that have no development and routinely face this issue 3ach 2intwr and be proactive about cleaning up the snow? Or inspectors could look at the photos we post?

Wow...clearly this is Baldwin Ave south of 139, west side. There is no street address for this location. Y'all dumped a mountain of snow here when plowing and don't want to deal with it so this is the hill you're going to die on? That the address See Click Fix auto selected for my post is incorrect. This is still a problem., You've been told in the comment thread exactly where this problem is. The "address" for this problem doesn't exist. I've tried reentering it as the south side of Baldwin and 239 intersection on a new post and See Click Fix has already given it a new fake street address that you'll also probably disregard.
