Beschreibung

The Lafayette frontage roads running north and south are in BAD need of pothole repair. It is honestly one of the worst spots I have come across. Not only is it unsafely littered with potholes... You have to weave back and forth to avoid them, putting other drivers at risk. The sooner you can address this issue the better. It is pretty awful. Thank you.

These paticular potholes were reported 5 months ago and are still not fixed. The city doesnt care.

I'm sorry you feel that way. Please rest assured that we do care, and are doing our best. As I stated above, don't hesistate to contact Street Maintenance directly with questions or concerns about specific potholes. Please also remember, 5 months ago, the weather was not allowing us to fill these potholes.

I think we can agree that its in the interest of everyone to alleviate the dangerous conditions. With the bridge work, businesses and access downtown this is a highly traveled area. I personally just want to avoid any damage to my car or anyone else's.

I have already had to have an alignment and get 2 new tires due to the terrible condition of these roads. Funny that I have seen other roads in more "upscale" areas fixed multiple times over the past few months.
