On 8/19 I looked into the previous service request associated with this request. It is still assigned to the City Arborist but there are no notes or work orders that I am able to see in the request. That same day I reached out to the Parks Superintendent to let them know another branch had fallen but I have not heard back.
Claims for restitution can be submitted through the City Clerk's Office.
