Beschreibung
The street is sinking and a large hole is opening up over an old street repair -- exposing lower layers of the street bed and trolley rails. The recent rain has caused the sinking process to rapidly accelerate. The total area affected in about 10" x 10" section of the road. (see attached photo) The depth of the larger depression is now at least 7" deep. The exposed aggregate layers could easily damage a tire's sidewall or worse. I witnessed a 10 foot section deflect downwards several inches when a bus passed over this section of road.
RELATED ISSUES: The former trolleys rails are significantly exposed on BURR from TEDESCO to MINNEHAHA.

A large cavity has now opened below the street.
The cavity is 3' deep and at least twice that wide.
I am concerned this whole 10' x 10' section of street will collapse into a SINK HOLE with the projected heavy rain in the next few days.
