The picture I included with this comment is from 2 years ago. The front yard used to look like an unkempt jungle, but now it's much prettier. Why would anyone complain about this residence after its recent restoration?

Tommy, I get your point and I appreciate the work that was done here. That said, putting in an illegal drive can create safety issues that the homeowner is not thinking about. Additionally, the extra asphalt may be in violation with run-off rules and could contribute to flooding.
