This property has been a problem for years. People there need to cited, warned and/or arrested. This stuff is way bigger than m80s. It rattles windows and sets off car alarms for blocks. Time for something to be done NOW.

The whole neighborhood puts up with this garbage all summer long. The city needs to pay attention over here. We get so-called community police who only work during the day! It’s ridiculous.

19 & 21 Stanwix are owned by Roger Ploof, Maria Ploof Park South Real Estate, 413 Sutton Place. Every time you're disturbed you need to make a courtesy call to them so they get to also feel a little bit what it's like living near their properties.. Who closed this it’s obviously not fixed

This is so sad. Lousy owners, absentee or otherwise, and lousy tenants continually get away with so many things that ruin what could be a nice neighborhood. If we had actual car patrols and foot patrols where the police actually looked at properties and got the City to fine and/or arrest, and if they walked and rode through during peak times, things would be so much better. I think the Mayor needs to walk around, too, like the Mayor of Utica does EACH WEEK. And when the police or the City do act on a See Click Fix complaint, why isn't the resolution/what was done reported HERE?? So that we know we are not wasting our time?? SO frustrating. Seems like it is time for a new mayor. And why can't our Common Council members address these complaints as well on this site?? Help us help our neighborhood.

In-sanity is voting the same over and over again,expecting different results.

Btw,I go through Utica twice per week. Genesee,Mohawk and Eagle st,Noyes…. Horrible to be in and look at. Just keep hoping you don’t get a red light.

There's more problems at this location and 2 houses next to it. Drunken, loud cursing, arguing. This goes on with children present and the cycle continues on and on.

Oh, there's no movement. Read the beginning of the message. That is what SHOULD HAVE BEEN the City's response, instead of just saying "call the police when this is happening".

The fake response did make you feel good, though, didn't it? Felt like you were being heard? Felt like the City really cared about being a better place to live in? Felt like the City appreciated your taking the time to report and help?
