    The canal is full of vegetation. I'm sure there are snakes in there too. I'm concerned about it flooding over because it's so full. Please send someone out to clean it.

    Repair needed to the mechanical damn that regulators flood water into the tidal creek. I was told by neighbors that the county was looking into repairs. I would like to get an update on the status of this request.

    After the Levi was repaired the washed out material was never removed. This is causing two problems. One the material is blocking the flow of storm water and second the pond is now to shallow to support a healthy ecosystem. Last year during the last repair to the Levi I was told by public works they would scoop out the old material but this has yet to be done. I would like to get an update on the job status please.

    Open drainage ditch on Sand Road (corner of Donna Road & Sand Road) needs to be cleaned out so water can flow. It is a "mosquito hazard" and needs to be covered and/or maintained on a regular basis.

    I have an issue with my yard erosion due to the drainage of the lagoon behind my house. I'm sure you are well aware of this issue since the lagoon is now fixed. However, it was not fixed for at least 3 or 4 years, maybe longer. In the meantime, my yard began to erode and take my chain length fence with it. The fence is still standing/leaning due to some small trees that didn't fall victim to the erosion and some ratchet tie downs. It was brought to my attention, by a neighbor a few houses down, a police officer of the Thunderbolt Police Dept, that the county fixed his issue of the same thing. I would much appreciate some assistance in this matter. I wasn't sure where to begin so I started here. I will be leaving the Savanah are in about a month for a few months while my house is being rebuilt due to a house fire. I would appreciate some feed back prior to my departure please. Believe me, if I had known that I could and would receive assistance from the county on this matter, I would have contacted you sooner. Thank you for your time. 912 695 5561
