The office cut a hold in my Ceiling and left it open and said that was a old leak that have been repair and close my work order. so I put another one in I have explained to them every time Apt# 1912 takes a Shower I can see water running down my wall...

The address is zoned as residential, but the occupants are using the property to run a landscape business
Illegal dumping in the back yard with multiple abandoned cars and debris that is visible from the neighboring property (In Town Suites parking lot).
Multiple chickens on the property are a nuisance and make noise

This property has been empty with boarded up windows for about a year. Someone reported the eyesore in January and the yard was cleaned up, but it has not been touched since and the weeds are awful again. Not only is it ugly,but those untended weeds are blowing into the surrounding properties. Home owners have a responsibility to maintain their property and it adversely impact the neighborhood. Please insure the yard is cleared of the overgrowth. I am also concerned about an empty, boarded up house attracting vagrants and vermin. The house is not inhabitable—shouldn’t it have to be torn down or refurbished in a reasonable timeframe? It is on the main thoroughfare to City Springs. Not a good look for our city. Thank you for your attention to this ongoing issue.

This is disgusting and ruining our neighborhood! The trash is getting worse and worse, it's blowing in the streets, into the sewers when it rains, going into the woods, and now into the Chattahoochee River! This needs to be cleaned up asap! Who's responsible for this? it should be illegal!

7:15PM on Sunday evening and there is a high pitched whine coming from the AC units at Life Center Ministries. This noise is loud enough to be heard inside of my home over 100 yards away. This is a nuisance as defined by the Sandy Springs City Code. We are asking that the City enforce the code and to stop his nuisance.
