This is my test.

All 5 street lights on the 1400 block of Fulton Street are out [including the street light behind the row of garages on the east side of Fulton Street]. And the street light on the 1400 block of Marion beside the fire hydrant at the entrance to the parking area for Market Place Townhomes is out.

I've been working with the teens at the Neighborhood Center TECH Program cleaning up this park each Tuesday mornings. When we did a cleanup on 7/8, we found all the benches at the chess tables (Upper Side of 4th and Dauphin Basket Ball Courts). We cleaned up the wood pieces, but when I returned to photograph the vandalism I found more pieces of wood in the playground were little kids play.

My suggestion is to have a camera mounted at any of the street lamps around the upper and lower end of the park. We have found various weed/ecstasy bags around the playground during cleanups. Weekly we find alum beer cans around the tree side of the park. If only someone would move into the old Hamilton Health building and put in a camera, this may deter such activity. This is a great little pocket park for the neighborhood kids and gets a bad rep from drug dealing, graffiti, and vandalism.

I've talked with Les Brown at the Heinz Senior Care building about developing a partnership with the Fire Museum and Neighborhood Center. In our teen program there is a component of 5 hours a month of community service. This is just one stop.

I hope SOMEONE can do SOMETHING SOON to relieve constant congestion & dangerous merging issues on the beltway! It's extremely frustrating for those of us who drive into Harrisburg on a daily basis, but also for those who drive commercially and other travelers.

Is it possible a crew can come out and fill up a couple big pot holes on on Long Street between North and Briggs more closer to North Street

Our neighborhood has very limited lighting. We need more lighting. It is too dark at night.

There is significant lewd behavior and trick turning in this park.

In the alley way behind Second Street between 2nd and Penn and between Delaware St. and Peffer St. there has been alot of activity. There has been some word about possible drug dealings going on at the one address.

Both Seneca and Schuylkill Streets from 3rd to 2nd are positively atrocious. I have lived in Harrisburg for over 30 years and have never seen the potholes this bad. Cars are driving on the sides, taking off mirrors trying to avoid these deep deep holes. They were marked with white paint months, and months ago and then nothing more was done. Please help us living in Uptown.
