There is a build-up of debris and trash on top of the catch basins on all 4 corners and the sewers are malodorous and need to be sanitized and deodorized.

The sewer catch basin on the corner of Stegman Place and Stegman Parkway is clogged. Heavy rainfall backs up onto the sidewalk and floods into my basement. AND, the pipeline is so clogged preventing water from my house to flow out. Again causing flooding into the basement. We can only do so much to clear the lines. Professional help by the city is required. Please have this sewer cleaned. Thank you.
