The traffic light sensor for the left turn lane from Indian River Rd SE-bound onto Kemps River Dr Northbound has been malfunctioning for days. There have been several times where it will turn green and stop Indian River Rd NW-bound traffic, even though there are no cars present in the turn lane. It will also stay green for a solid 20-30 seconds after the last car in line makes the turn.

Pedestrian crossing button to cross Lynnhaven from the Home Depot side over towards Walmart is broken.

Every time it rains, including today 11/12/2020, when trying to make a left on Lynnhaven Parkway from Heald Way (leaving Woodbridge Pointe), the traffic light will not turn green so I can make a left turn. I have sat there for 4 -5 minutes numerous rainy days between 8:00 am - 8:30 am waiting for the light to turn green. I eventually make a right turn on Lynnhaven Parkway then make U-turn at Beaufain Blvd.

Traffic light turns RED when no other cars are on the intersecting streets, this has been going on for months.

The left turn signal from the south bound of N. Witchduck Road to Lavender Ln. turns green without any car in the left turn lane. This has been a recurring problem and reported previously. Please fix this traffic signal.

Since 2006 when I moved to Virginia Beach the traffic light east bound on Dam Neck Rd to turn left onto London Bridge Rd towards the NAS Oceana gate 2 has always been erratic when it rains or snows. The normal symptom is a 2-3 second left green arrow duration and skips cycles periodically. This causes traffic to back up along Dam Neck Rd eastbound and unsafe lane changes and people running red lights to beat the light.

Shore drive east bound left turn light onto 83rd changes to green when there are no cares in the lane.

The light from South Lynnhaven to Lynnhaven or Potters is only letting 3 cars through if it doesn't just skip a turn. last 3 mornings had to turn right and make a U turn.

Light is not long enough for the traffic that is there every am. I have to wait 2 lights every morning
