    The ditches and storm drain pipes are clogged and need to be re-dug and cleaned at 4620 Thoroughgood Dr. I had standing water for 5 days in the driveway and street and standing water where the ditches are supposed to be. The water has no way of getting to the storm drain located down the street more.

    Horn Point Road, Friday 7:30am, 01/25/19. This is from the heavy rain we got on 01/24/19. The water will not drain because the pipe is broken and the ditches are full of debris, therefore the water cannot flow.

    Just verified Storm Drain on East side of Pleasure House Rd from Judge Lane to Bel Aire Avenue “DO NOT DRAIN”, they are always 75% to 90% full.
    The Drain on the West Side of Pleasure House about 50% Full. All the drainage ditches need to be cleaned from Powell’s Point Rd. To Lookout Rd.

    These drains have continued to be clogged and one of the main reasons the streets flood,

    When heading southeast on Pinewood Road (100 block?) as the road crosses the water, there is a gigantic sink hole/ pothole in the middle of the travel lane. There have been numerous complaints about this issue. Please fix!!

    The storm water drainage-ditch next to Providence Road is in desperate need of flood control and drainage service. This critical road provides traffic relief from busy Princess Anne Road. In addition, this vital side street supports the areas first responders (Police, Fire, and Ambulances), school buses and provides access to numerous residential neighborhoods and homes. Over the years, an accumulation of vegetation and sediment has created a situation where proper storm water drainage is negatively impacted and compromises motorist and residents safety. Routinely under periods of heavy rainfall, the bend in Providence Road between Selwood Drive and Birks Lane has water running over the roadway surface.

    Request for service includes excavation of the storm water drainage-ditch to effectively remove vegetation and years of sediment build-up. In turn, the excavated area will be better equipped to deal with the storm water by safely directing the flow of water into the North Landing River instead of over Providence Road.
