Now the letter was just received from the town's engineering department that they're going to start fining $50 A-day! We are at our wits end with the town of Hamden. Homeowners should be held accountable for trash in front of their houses and businesses should be held accountable for trash along their property. Until the town holds them accountable the town will continue to look dirty. Please clean this area up.
