Quinnipiac University construction workers have taken over Clarks Pond parking. There is only room for 4 cars as it is but now the construction workers park there all day long. I just want to enjoy the pond and be able to park off the street. I thought QU said the contractors would be parking off site?

I see there is an open issue with speeding down Eramo Terrace.
What is being done about this?
Nothing!
Still the same issues as last year.
Stop the speeding! Stop the parking on the street! Stop the truck thru traffic!
We pay a lot of taxes...put some of those $$$ to work on Eramo Terrace.

Quinnipiac Construction workers parking all over Sherman Ave Ext as well as Clarks Pond all day long. None seems to care. I have called the school who advised that it is a public street they do not have jurisdiction over

Students have turned Mount Carmel Ave into a new Parking lot. Parked along both sides of the road directly under No parking signs. Each day seems to get worse. First sleeping giant now the sides of the road? Tickets and tow trucks maybe eventually they will take a hint

Quinnipiac students leave all 3 trash bins on the road 24/7.

There are at least 3 rental homes along West Woods Road which consistently have anywhere from 6-8 cars parked in the driveway, on the lawns, along the streets, etc. When their "guests" visit, weekdays or weekends, and many times overnight, the street sometimes becomes dangerous. Is anyone monitoring the number of students actually living in these homes or at the least enforcing the parking restrictions that are in place by the town for the rest of us residents? Winter is going to be difficult around those areas when the snow and plowing starts for sure.
