    The property located at 83 Serafin Court contains 5-6 college tenants and has recently constructed a parking lot in the middle of the front lawn (zone R2). I have concerns this property may violate Zoning Policy Section 200, Table 6.1 (unable to locate a permit), Section 670(b),(c),(j),(k) and (l), and potentially Section 591.1.7. I don’t believe a building permit was ever obtained which would help determine if the parking lot violates any zoning laws.

    I have been seeking answers from the planning and zoning department for months, but emails and phone call are generally not returned. In addition, the building is locked to the public. This situation and lack of support is extremely frustrating. I need someone to look into this matter and make the necessary determinations.
