Besides adding to the danger of an intersection abundant with car crashes, this interferes with pedestrian right-of-way. The sidewalk is non-existent, certainly not ADA-compliant. There's trap rock all over the sidewalk and into the street. We need enforcement of code up in here.

Property owner removed them while demolishing the house and NEVER replace then or the retaining wall. He was suppose to replace both following the removal of the house.Instead he is now using the empty lot a driveway and parking. and where the sidewalk should be is dirt and large trap rock making it hazardous to pedestrians.
