On the west bound lane of 44 (Albany Ave) and the intersection of Prospect, the manhole cover is too low, in effect acting like a pothole.

An illegal driveway was installed midway between Putnam Heights and Park Street. Besides adding to the danger of an intersection abundant with car crashes, this interferes with pedestrian right-of-way. The sidewalk is non-existent, certainly not ADA-compliant. There's trap rock all over the sidewalk and into the street. We need enforcement of code up in here.

there are no sidewalk slabs at this address. Property owner removed them while demolishing the house and NEVER replace then or the retaining wall. He was suppose to replace both following the removal of the house.Instead he is now using the empty lot a driveway and parking. and where the sidewalk should be is dirt and large trap rock making it hazardous to pedestrians.

Physical condition sidewalk repair

There is a 6 inch piece of metal sticking up out of the side walk. The no parking sign was knocked down and broke off. Someone took the sign away but there is a metal object sticking up. This could cause a major injury. Please fix ASAP!!! The location is right before the Laz Parking garage on Lewis Street, not far from Pearl Street.

Bricks are missing from the edge of the sidewalk at seven or eight different locations along this block. It is a tripping hazard, especially behind the bus stop, since the bus stop is in the middle of the sidewalk and pedestrians must pass behind the bus stop.
