Raw sewage leaking into street.

A large sink hole has formed and material washed out at the corner of Medley St. and Pathfinder Dr. This is next to the storm drain from the street and the washout is in the yard at the box and curb. This is growing larger with each rain cycle. There was a patch repair made at this location several years ago and the soil filled with crush and run. That has washed away. Please place a temporary traffic cone to mark the hole.

At the entrance of Chickadee Ct and Chickadee Ln there are cars always parked too closely to the yield sign and fire hydrant. It is very dangerous coming into or leaving the cul-de-sac as there is always a chance for a blind, head-on collision. There appears to be white spray-painted "NP" areas on the road, but no other work has been done to keep cars from parking too close to the entrance. Please address by not allowing cars to park too closely to the entrance of Chickadee Ct. Thank you!

Fallen branches & Trees in Drainage Ditch between the home on Heathcliff Dr & Larkwood Dr. Hurricane Matthew has cause several trees to fall. Some trees are completely down and will not allow water to flow freely. Other trees have fallen and are resting against other trees at this time. There are constantly kids back in the ditch playing etc. if one of these trees falls at the right time is could injure or kill a child, not to mention the possibility of damage to property, & utility boxes that are in people's back yards.

A section of sidewalk has upheaved and is causing a severe trip hazard. It's offset approximated two inches. This section is in the middle of the sidewalk between Edge Brook Ct. and Highcliff Ct.

Work crew clearing trees along West Neck Creek wants to remove trees within my property line. When I offered to show them the deed showing the parcel and boundaries, they refused and gave me a number to call, but noone is answering or returning my call. these trees stabilize the edge of my property and prevent it washing into the creek during heavy rains. They are within my property lines not on the city easement.

At the beach entrance on E. Stratford....the sign that stated the beach rules for Covid....gone. Please replace. Thank you.
