    Two suggestions regarding end of the ramp from NB M-53 to EB 23 Mile Rd:
    1) Add time restrictions to the No Turn On Red.
    2) Add a "Turn Right Only" sign. Straight traffic, though rare, crosses WB traffic green light.

    There are multiple potholes on Market St near Costco. Every time I have to drive down that street to get to the surrounding businesses, I hope that today is not the day that I get a flat tire or worse. It appears that very little has been done this spring to resolve this issue.
