    There is a group of indigent individuals who have set up semi-permanent homes in this park. Among other things, they are often seen relieving themselves on the adjacent building. Something needs to be done as it is a beautiful park and should be able to be enjoyed by the residents of the West End, not just a home for the indigent. Especially with so many shelters in the city.

    This mistimed signal is a danger to pedestrians and an annoyance to drivers.

    The "Walk" signal on the south side of Pennsylvania Avenue to 26th Street turns to "Don't Walk" ten seconds too soon. This lures jaywalkers into the intersection just before the traffic signal for northbound cars turns green.

    Vehicles heading northbound on New Hampshire AVE NW at M ST NW regularly stop in the crosswalk and make left turns on red. Requesting regular traffic enforcement from MPD and DDOT.

    There is a stop sign but no crosswalk here. Cars rarely obey the stop-sign and honk at me for trying to cross.

    Sidewalk and crosswalk closed on both sides of the street. No place for pedestrians to walk. Not easy to go around without going 6 blocks out of the way. Needs to be remedied immediately. Please do not ignore my request again. Situation is worsening.

Either the stickers on the meters or the DPW system needs to be changed. Applies to all meters on west side of block.
