We are smelling an awful stench from the Waste Water Treatment plant on the other side of the Wolf River. Every time we go outside, front or back, off and on for weeks now, it has smelled like a sewer. Really awful and embarrassing when guests are over! Can you please help us out in Harbor Town/Mud Island?

The built a storage shed in the front yard. It was installed early this week. Its really ugly.

Gutters falling off, Torn screens, large limbs in yard. Also has an old dishwasher in the driveway.

A group of vagrants are living in backyard of the house in tents. They have been there now for a year and a half. They walk up and down our block to get to Summer ave and usually disgruntled and on drugs. Have called MPD before because of disturbances at night when they have fights. Their backyard is junky and has also a small live-in trailer blocking the driveway that leads to the back. Which has a view of the backyard, but can see them from my second floor window, and the tent they built.

New neighbors but a persistent problem still exists!

Parking in the yard two cars are parking in the yard at night. There’s beer cans and beer bottles strewn across the yard and we’re tired of cleaning them up.

The trashcan sits out on the curb 24 seven.

And I believe that they are stealing electricity from MLGW because they don’t have a meter and the wires been cut but yet they still have electricity.

We don’t know who lives there,we can’t determine who lives here. So many people come and go we don’t know who actually lives there.

So we have illegal parking in the grass at night; Beer cans and beer bottles Tossed off the front porch........The trash can sits out front 24 seven . We think that prostitution going on and drug selling because They pull into the driveway right across the street from their house and they have sex with different people every night....

Memphis can you help us it’s not safe on our street when people like this live here!!!!

The Residents Of Berclair

A man died today in our front yard because he was struck by a truck driving down Nelson Ave. We need speed bumps to prevent this from happening again.

How do we get peace on our street again? Xiao Limin bought houses at 749 and 772 Berclair Road. He continually moves shady people in as tenants. The yards are junky and make out neighborhood look bad. There is constant activity at these houses day and night, fights, loose dogs running around, drugs, thieves, etc. Police are constantly there. These houses need to be shutdown as nuisances.

This house has been having a yard sale daily for several months. This area needs to be cleaned up including the houses on both sides. I see the panhandlers coming and going from there houses. This down the road from Berclair Elementary School. Please help clean this area up from all the junk around these duplexes.

Two inoperable vehicles in driveway, one car parked in the yard, yard is completely eroded from yard parking and backyard has massive overgrowth. Complaint closed multiple times without resolution- at least two of these are inoperable so they most assuredly are there when inspection happens. 311# 6001644 closed without resolving is most recent.

We are the only residential street with zero stop signs between E. Pkwy. and Cooper, so people treat our neighborhood like a freeway, and FLY by at dangerous speeds where kids and pets are playing in yards, cars are parked at curbs, and people are constantly walking/jogging. It's incredibly unsafe. I've almost been hit twice, as have my dogs.

Home caught on fire towards the end of November 2017, a week afterwards demolition/construction took place(gutting the home), 1-2 weeks later there was no activity and over a year later the home in the same state. The tarp that was placed over the top of the structure has torn so much so from the weather, until pieces can be found on the ground in surrounding yards. The structure is unlivable and not secured, which has created health and safety concerns. Above all this is an eye sore, one that has been reported by other neighbors.
