Out of control drug selling at 22 high street due to absintee landlords.Loud dogs and unsanatarie conditions like dogs pissing in hallways drug dealers in and out of building at all hours most at night. fighting over drug money and turf very young kids cought up unsupervised. fear for ones self. only matter of time before someone gets hurt or shot over this problem. something needs to be done by city to inshure the safety of people that want no part of this mess. open for any and all input cant d
