Albany County???

The intersection of 3rd avenue and 1st Street in Watervliet is a big mess. the condition of the road is a big hazzard for drivers and will be getting worse as we head into the winter driving season. it appears that attempts have been made to fix this by doing some minor patching but it's not working. I feel that my car will fall apart every time I make a turn from or on to 1st street. Why can't the pavement be properly addressed so that the taxpayers can safely go about their travels?
