    Neighbors dump garbage on sidewalk continually. This time they dumped a toilet on the sidewalk. Toilet has now been sitting on the sidewalk for over a month.

    The Riverton Crest Cemetery's fence which borders the Cascade View Elementary School's schoolyard is broken and has been trampled by visitors who routinely gather in Riverton Crest Cemetery at all hours in the northwest corner of the cemetery where they routinely drink alcohol and smoke marijuana. Every day. This has been an issue since August of 2016.

    The gatherers routinely urinate in full view of cemetery visitors as well as the houses which border the cemetery.

    It's very troubling that the owners of the cemetery do nothing about these gatherings. Putting up a higher, more robust fence would be a start in the right direction.

    FWIW, for everyone's safety, it should be assumed that any vehicle exiting the cemetery (even during business hours) is being driven by a an impaired driver.

    This is a public safety issue and should NOT be ignored.

    The house has been vacant for 2 years, the grass and trees are over grown, witness rodents, worried about squatter or vandlisum. It very obvious it is vacant. When the resident left, her daughter let me know she was leaving if any problems contact police. I never saw her return to the resident.

    This property continually has 8-13 cars parked across the front lawn and now are parking additional cars across the street. This is a residential parking violation as well as a home occupation violation as they are running a car rental business from the home, but is not registered. Clients are often parked in front, blocking the west side of the street as people turn on to 33rd which creates an unsafe situation.

    Not sure what option to click on for this address, they are running a business in a residential area. Renting cars out on Turo app, are they licensed in city of SeaTac? They are washing several cars daily, and the runoff is going down the sewer grate in front of the house and into the ground, how can that be good for Angle Lake? They are also running an Air BNB telling people to park in the neighborhood instead of providing parking on the property, one neighbor has photographed 30 cars that cycle through the property for rent in the residential neighborhood. They are constantly running a shop vacuum outside causing a high-pitched noise to be heard throughout the neighborhood. can someone please check if they are licensed? paying taxes to our city for all the neighbors have to put up with from them. The house is zoned residential use on the property search.

    Is there something that can be done about the cars coming off SB 509 onto 188th in the afternoon?

    The cars are taking the exit to go WB on 188th and doing U turns or going EB in the WB lanes around the barrier. People who are coming off from SB 8th Ave turning left onto 188th are not expecting vehicles to do U turns there and even though there is a curb there the cars are managing to still do it. I've seen several ALMOST accidents in this area as my work is right there!
