Code enforcement has enough time to harass the citizens of Jonesboro for what's in their yards. But neglect to do its job keeping the streets safe. Stop signs not up to code.

Residence constantly have their trash cans to the curb. Please inform & make our community aware of this code violation.

Nuisance cat colony: Dozens of feral cats roam the neighboring streets. Owner of cat colony does not have cats spayed/neutered as is standard practice when hosting a feral colony, and therefore breeds dozens of more kittens each year. (These litters simply add to the colony.) The cats damage private property by scratching and urinating on other people's belongings. The cats are noisy at night when breeding and fighting. Feral cats are well documented to be a reservoir of the rabies virus, and to diminish wild bird populations. CCAC will not help.

Yard always in disaray tree limbs and junk at curb trees block house. Dirt instead of grass

Sidewalk damage at 131 North Ave driveway accessed via Lee Street ajecent to 223 Lee Street. A large porthole with shifting concrete has developed could cause damage to vehicle gaining access.

A grey Honda Accord with license attached stopped at a red light and proceeded to open the car door, tossing a 2liter Mt. Dew bottle, napkins, plates, paper, fork, and other garbage out onto the road. Closed door and opened again to drop a few more things. It was obvious that he knew he was littering.

tree fell from yard on Ingleside Dr and broke the sewer pipe in half that runs between E. Mimosa and Ingleside Dr.
