Wilson St Brewer, ME - BrewerRecently, the intersection of Wilson St & Parkway South was redone. The traffic light was re-timed very effectively...reducing terribly excessive idle times. Excellent! Now just think if every light at every intersection in Bangor & Brewer were to be re-timed as effectively as the one at Wilson St & Parkway South how much more freely traffic would move & the untold gallons of fuel that would be saved.(The light at Broadway and State St in Bangor is the best example Of which I can think -

Seems as though they could time the lights better at Cianbro and I-395 to create some gaps in traffic, or add a light at Pendleton & South Main. It's awful. -

Traffic Lights OpenWilson Street brewer, ME - Brewerwhy in the world are there so many lights and even at 5 am wilson street traffic 3 or 4 cars have to stop for one car coming onto wilson from a side road because that car triggers the light? ever heard of blinking red lights? I avoid wilson street and the money I would spend there by taking 395...because of the traffic lights..way to many! 99% of the time.

Wilson St Brewer, ME - BrewerThe manhole covers inbound on Wilson St from Lowes to Downeast Toyota in the right lane continue create issues with traffic trying to slalom around them to avoid the bumps. If you are in the left lane, you need to watch for traffic edging into your lane as they try to avoid the "man-made" potholes.

Disregard for Stop Light Archived12 Acme Rd Brewer, ME - BrewerInattention, disregard, call it what you want. Countless times I have come out of here in my delivery truck and drivers constantly run the red light. Not just flying through at the last minute, but completely blowing through the red light. If I wasn't sitting so high off the ground in my brown truck I wouldn't be able to see them. Many other cars in front of me have have narrow misses. The lights need to re-programed or even put a flashing white light inside of the red light to make drivers aware.
