Upland City Manager

There are numerous dead branches hanging in the trees between the sidewalk and curb in front of 323 and 341 North Euclid avenue. I have verbally reported this hazard before but have not seen any action from the City. I feel that this is a dangerous condition and hope that it could be addressed as a priority before someone becomes injured from the falling branches.

There are a few issues in front of our property, this being the biggest hazzard. The pavement is so uneven, people trip over it if they're not really paying attention. Is posting on this site the proper way to report it to the city for repairs? This is just North of our driveway (the street portion of which has some erosion issues and is crumbling). There is another uneven spot on the sidewalk on the South side of our property as well. How do we get the city to address them?

The bollards protecting access seem to be missing and the trail and drains are damaged and a fall hazard.

The street light at 686 N Tulare way is burnt out and area is quite dark at night.

Of of Arrow Route between Benson and San Antonio the potholes are so bad. There are chunks of the gravel strewn about every where in certain spots. Some of the potholes could cause great damage to someone’s vehicle.

Trail damage in this location has been reported closed but not corrected. I’d like to know why that is? this is my third request to repair this area. Also, there’s no bollards at the entrance to protect from vehicles coming onto the trail.

Large tree has fallen across entire street. Eight families cannot exit the cul-de-sac due to tree blocking entire street.

To whom it may concern, Can you please remove the Rain Trees growing along the Cucamonga Creek Trail, just on the other side of my block wall?
The City of Upland has notified me that that area belongs to the county. The tree seed pods fall into my yard throughout the year and I am constantly having to pull seedlings. I would appreciate the courtesy of your response. Thank you for your time and trouble.
