    It's unsafe waiting too long at the light stop, plenty of time for someone with bad intentions.

    If you were to take the west Moreno Beach dr exit and turn left, the next light takes 3 or 4 cycles to change. All other directions change in a reasonable amount of time. The traffic backs up badly and can cause a traffic accident.

This is becoming a major safety concern, for stray bullets, fire hazards and also pets and children scared of the intense noises. We need to start reporting to the police and the fire department. This must stop! It seems it is becoming a contest as to has the loudest gun or fireworks. Please help!!
