    I arrived home about 6pm Monday night to the suprise that the street lamp in front of my house was removed. I called to see why an area already having multiple issues including graffetti would even be considered when trying to cut cost. The response i recieved is that the city is broke!!!

    After the City Annex this area into the city, and added water service, this road has been a mess; it was cut in several places and then patched. It is TERRIBLE-it's like a wash board or kiddie roller coaster and it's been like this for over a year !!! And no-one wants to take ownership of this road when complaints have been filed, I think it is obviously suppose to be maintained by the city.

    The traffic control device (stop light) at the entrance to the former Highlander location on Alpine is no longer needed for the vacant building. Please remove it. If/when the chruch that bought the building moves into the building they can use a person to control traffic out of the parking lot on Sundays.

    This road has been in disrepair for years now. Every year I hope they are going to fix it. Last year they fixed a small portion right before the divide on Longwood (Whitman bridge and North 2nd.) Unfortunately they stopped before they actually got to the bad part! The entire enterchange before Whitman Bridge is horrible to drive on in BOTH directions!

    Went in to Applebees last night and Alpine is in awful shape, loaded with potholes. I absolutely will not use that road again and risk tearing my car up.

    There are a total of 48 stoplights at this intersection and Samuelson. WHY SO MANY? The light at Blackhawk makes you wait 5 minutes with no traffic. I want to know who got the kickback. Please put in pressure switch to change the lights hera nd at Samuelson

    When visitors to the Rockford Park District's Ice Skating Rink leave the lot, the are left with a wonderful memory of what Downtown Rockford looks like. Upper level has broken window, lower level all boarded uo. In summer yard is overgrown and plants growing through fence block sidewalk, even after trimming.
