    I have lived in Eastpointe for 23 years and for 23 years there has been a water main leak on Kelly
    Rd near 9 mile road. It's all ice in the winter. Fix it and maybe save the city some money and lower water rates!
    Oh good, another winter and it is leaking now more than ever!! Hello Eastpointe, is anyone home? You got your new and fancy city hall that was going to make us a cosmopotlitan city! How about fixing this 30 some year old leak? This is probably why Eastpointe has "the highest water rates in Macomb county" as a city employee told me when I first questioned my water bill being so high! Highest water rates and city services just keep getting worse!!

    Here comes another winter and no fix, Hey will the last person out of Eastpointe turn off the water???? Woo hoo another season sliding down Kelly Rd. If you have an accident there see an attorney about suing the city and the road commision. They have been notified of this problem.
    Ahh spring 2012. Not only is the leak still leaking it seems to be growing. It now extends from south of the car wash all the way south of Oak Ave. Great!! Gotta get the "dog park" up and running the city cannot be bothered with a watTell that to the millions of kids across the globe who cannot get a clean glass of water, Shame, Shame, Shame on city leaders. This town is going to hell in a hand basket. So sorry.

    Need traffic light put back in front of Bank of America OR a sign on 9 Mile at Beaconsfield indicating "Keep cross street clear of traffic"! (The three previous streets DO have these signs posted, but not at Beaconsfield.)

    Traffic on 9 Mile will NOT let you off Beaconsfield to travel east down 9 Mile. There has been numerous times I have waited 3 lights before I can turn right onto 9 Mile. The worse times are during morning/evening rush hour traffic.

    The last time I checked the law Jay Walking was illegal. Why won't the Eastpointe Police do something about the kids standing in the middle of 9 Mile darting in front of oncoming traffic to complete their cross? Just like a person driving a car we all need to follow laws.

    I live next door to this boarded up home. Its been making the neighborhood very undesirable lately. Late at night, punk kids come by sometimes. They vandalize the property. Spray paint, throw things at the garage door, etc. I've asked them to leave, and I've been called a 'b*tch' and told to go to hell. I can't continue living here with this blighted vandal magnet in my neighborhood.

    eastpointe police need to have an officer stationed in the morning to deter parents stopping suddenly in the middle of kelly road to drop thier kids off instead of using the drop off zone in the parking lot. i have come close to rear ending a couple cars already this year. it is very very unsafe for the other children trying to reach the building.
