What is going on with this place? It’s been a problem for too long. There is trash everywhere including needles, broken glass and urine bottles. There are people drinking and shooting up in plain sight. The front door is wide open. Can’t the owner board up the windows and doors to make it more secure? Does anyone even own this place? The graffiti has been covered but not in a matching color. Has this place been investigated for arson? Seriously. What will be done? Can’t we progress to a better Memphis?

This home has been left to sit for at least the past 6 months but potentially longer. You can tell people are using it - but probably not the owners. Doors and windows are shattered. The property grounds are very overgrown. We believe it is in probate court but that doesn't allow the owners to just let it go to ruin.

House was labeled uninhabitable for human , but yet a man still lives there and there are no utilities running to the house , also there are multiple windows broken or covered with boards.

A homeless encampment is setup behind the appliance shop Please clear this out It is a safety issue with people walking across interstate on ramps

The entire property that this store is located on is an absolute biohazard. The business is using the non-structural part of the property as an open dumpster.There are also what seems to be inoperable, dumped vehicles at this location that have been sitting for years. They now house rodents and have recently started attract vagrants. May be storing illegal substances as well. This whole property needs desperately to be cleaned up. Children are being taught that this is acceptable conditions to conduct business and is normalizing this type of property maintenance How can we expect them to not carry on the belief that this is what's expected of residents and businesses, if they are shown that this is the exemplar expectation for the neighborhoo these children live and grow up in?!!? This area and these children deserve FAR better, safer living/residential conditions!!!! Allowing this area to remain filthy and unsafe shows Memphians that trashy, dangerous conditions are what the city of Memphis believes the residents living here deserve and aren't worth the efforts of intervention . Very disgraceful that this area has been this bad for this long and no one has tried to change it for the kids I see playing in this trash filled space as they walk home from school. EVERY DAY. Does Memphis only care about the touristy areas of the city? Clearly.... h. . n
