    Plus, there is no fencing around the machinery either, which they have been seen in the past climbing on!
    **While we do absolutely appreciate the work happening to put in the new basketball court, it absolutely must be done in a publicly safe fashion, in accordance with all state and federal safety regulations!
    Please cordon off and make this area safe to park patrons IMMEDIATELY or I will be calling OSHA and other state & federal agencies to file a safety complaint.
    This is completely unacceptable!

    I have fixed a complaint about this before but resident is still committing this same zoning violation.
    This picture was from just 10 days ago.
    Resident owns a trucking company, some sort of trash collection division.
    His commercial truck is definitely over the 5 TON County GVWR Vehicle Ordinance for thru traffic and him driving it in here and constantly parking it at his house is causing great damage to the adjoining road, Manor Road directly in front of my house.
    Which is a very wet and low lying area.
    In fact, there continues to be large cracks opening up on the street.
    He apparently ignored his first warning.
    Can someone please contact him and get him to stop this?!

    Why was Belveder Yacht Club given a "as built" permit for this very large gazebo construction?
    This is a very large commercial property as such they must update to current ADA stds when a new bld permit is issued.
    Belvedere Yacht club did not update to current ADA stds as evidenced by no handicap parking spot(s)
    Does the AACo permit office normally allow commercial bldings to bypass the ADA requirements? If so what are the reasons.

    Muddy water is pouring off the construction site into our neighborhood.

    Massive cracks have opened up in the road deck in front of my house.
    This is directly due to a neighbor living on the adjacent road, David Drive, illegally driving his 10 ton commercial business trucks constantly through here and parking in his driveway!
    (He lives at 814 David Drive, Magothy Manor community)
    Our community has a sign on the right hand side of Manor Road stating "NO thru trucks over 5 tons GVWR)
    His dumpster bin trucks have air brakes and are fully loaded down with 30 foot dumpster bins so clearly he is responsible for damaging this road!
    Ever since he moved here in early 2021, he has regularly been driving his commercial trucks through here, at least 5 to 6 dozen times!
    I have reported him numerous times to AA COUNTY Zoning and AA County government whom I'm told admonished him several times to stop his activity but evidently he refuses to comply!
    The roadway cracks are compromising our fragile driveway apron thereby leaving us open to rain water intrusion!
    Furthermore, i am very concerned that these cracks will soon become pot holes and sinkholes!
    PLEASE REPAIR THESE IMMEDIATELY.
