There is a huge camp on the Portland trail. Someone really needs to do something. Besides needles and trash everywhere I just noticed a small propane take next to one of the tents. It’s getting out of control

I counted 45 people camping outside of Preble Street Elena's Way. Needles everywhere. The Meca of drug dealing in Maine. This is a violation of the city ordinance. You can't block the sidewalk and camp there Why is this allowed? Police? Councilors? Mayor? City Manager?

Rodents seen in the Bayside Trail encampment, living in the trash piles and entering tents. It’s a public health hazard, not a kindness, to allow this to continue.

The Longfellow hotel construction site has made life on the end of Neal st a constant driving hazard, and is littered with noise pollution 6 days a week for 11 hours a day some days.

Beyond blocking Neal st, Congress st, and the enterance of neal st - this sit is causing walking hazards as well. I don’t feel I can cross the road safely most of the time near this site.

Yesterday our road was shut down all day without notice (this happens every few weeks for the last year). Today they have taken over half of Congress st on both sides of Neal st.

I don’t understand how this crew has such free range over this whole area. A person to direct traffic is needed in the very least.

It’s already been very disheartening that a new hotel is going in across the street from another hotel - something Portland does not need another of. Especially when this side of town is home so a large community of unhoused individuals. It would be easier to put up with all this inconvience if the construction was for something that benefits our real community instead of another large business distrusting our neighborhood.

The Shipyard development has installed several massive pieces of Hvac equipment on top of the existing building which generate a vast amount of noise. I would like to understand if these are within City decibel limits as I think they create a public nuisance for surrounding buildings.

Same people are still camping next to old ice cream shack which is now being defaced with graffiti Like I said before this is a designated emphasis area and they need to be relocated to an appropriate area I did see a park ranger telling them to move but they seemingly have ignored her I think it needs to be addressed in a more forceful manner Thanks ,

Jackhammering and smashing pavement over and over with the arm of a front loader for an hour now and it is 12:50 am. Why can’t this be done in the morning? Please explain the circumstances. This is waking up one of the most densely populated areas of the city and shaking all of the buildings.

This horrible bright light is now back on at the 7-11…. I had previously put in a “FIX IT” and nothing was done about it but luckily the 7-11 had been boarded up for months and we were free of this light pollution. NOW the store is no longer boarded and this AWFUL light is back on.

SOMETHING NEEDS TO BE DONE TO CORRECT THIS.

THIS IS NOT A STREET LAMP.

THE LIGHT IS TOO BRIGHT AND SHINING INDISCRIMINATE ALL OVER RATHER THAN HAVING SOME KIND OF SHADE OR COVER TO SHINE THE LIGHT DOWN. This is UNACCEPTABLE.
