There is a box spring and mattress in the alley. It has been there for a long time.

These people no longer live here and left a lot of items behind. Can someone please come get it so it doesn't block the alley pathway?

The alleyway is a mess! People are leaving their trash cans out in the middle of it, their gates wide open, the bushes aren't being cut and it needs to be repaved. It's not just one person, but multiple inconsiderate people. They are blocking the alley and some people use it to travel through and they are making it difficult to use.

There are a lot of cut, dried old tree and brush branches blocking the entryway to the alley.

There is a large pile of tree debris that keeps falling into the alleyway. Please have someone come and remove it.

This was a poor job done. Does the city have enough money in the budget to lay a proper foundation and to clean this embarrassment that was left?

The alleyway behind our home needs to be re-graveled, due to the trash trucks coming through.

The alleyway behind our home needs to be re-graveled and there is a lot of vegetation that needs to be cut back and some trash needs to be picked up.

All of the street lights on our block and on Richmond-Henrico Turnpike are out. We also have no Alley lights. This will make it very dangerous for people to use the bike trail.

Children are coming on to the bike trail that's now Henrico Drive to throw big rocks down over the hill onto Richmond-Henrico Turnpike hoping to hit cars. We need more patrols on weekends and weekdays...especially weekends when they are out of school.

All the lights in the alley behind our homes are turning off and on. They won't stay on at all.

Can we PLEASE have our alley re-graveled? The winter season has done so much damage to our alley. This is the way I enter my property. I am disabled.

The street light in front of our home is not working. If I had o go to work this morning, I would be too scared to go out there right now.

The street light in the alleyway behind our house goes on and off as if it's on a switch or timer. It never stays on like it's supposed to. We previously reported this issue and you said that you'd replaced the light, but this problem is still happening. It's dangerous because it's really dark and you can't see if there is activity going on back there.

Due to the bike trail construction, the people on the 2700 block of Henrico Drive won't be able to use Henrico Drive from September 16 through October 4th. Can we have the alleyways regraveled because of poor conditions due to the trash truck so we can park on our property?
