Deep pothole with loose gravel in the center of the driveway entrance to the parking lot of the "old" 4th Police Precinct building. Library customers are complaining of a deep pothole that needs filling. There have been previous pothole issues at this same location.

Several large deep potholes on Pleasant Valley Road between Ferrell Pkwy and Green Law Dr. in the roadway. They are hard to avoid without going into oncoming traffic. One in particular is deep enough to do some major wheel damage. They are larger than 12 inches in diameter. Rain makes them invisible and adds to the danger.

gutter and facie boards falling off back of house, roof rats seen entering opening at roof, general disrepair, old pool, not cleaned or kept up, high grass, a real eyesore, and not helping neighborhood values.

Large chunks of concrete in gutter and right lane from drain that has sunk below driving surface.
