Dog poop being left on the sidewalk is a problem on both sides of Franklin St. from 21st to 19th. Area residents are letting dogs poop in and around trees along the sidewalk as well as at corners and failing to pick up the excrement. A call to one of the major leasing properties in this area results in no change.
