    Missing blinking caution light at intersection of Bradley and State Streets. There used to be a blinking caution light hanging over the intersection. It's now gone. State Street traffic is aggressive. Turning onto State from Bradley is highly dangerous.

    Injury (lawsuit?) Hazard on Farmington Canal.

    The Farmington Canal pedestrian and cycling path has car barriers. Every intersection where the path crosses a city street has multiple metal plates mounted to the ground. Currently many are folded down. The city needs to pop them all up and/ or put reflective tape on them. The Canal isn’t lit and the metal barriers are not apparent after dusk. If someone biked or ran into one, they’d go down hard and fast.

    Foundational jackhammering being conducted at 7:36AM Wed 1/14/15. Ongoing construction at the old St. Mary's school site has been notably disrespectful of their neighbors by conducting very loud construction during the early AM hours (6:00AM) and through late PM hours (9:00PM). Neighboring community includes 3 multi-person apartment complexes and individual homes on Bradley St.

    Please request they respect responsible quite/ minimal noise hours before 8AM and after 9PM.
