This is totally unacceptable! How can the city let this happen. This needs to be cleaned up NOW! You cant even walk down the sidewalk. The city seems to give these homeless and squatters more rights than the taxpaying citizens in this town. We the people shouldnt have to deal with this on a daily basis in this town. People driving by are aghast at the blight that surrounds this town. Everywhere you look garbage is strewn everywhere, homeless camps, abandoned vehichles and just plain filth!

Here we have a homeless camp right on Broadway with no care in the world! These vehicles have been parked here for a week. Not only is this an eyesore, the field adjacent to these vehicles are at least three homeless camps in the field behind the old food 4 less, oh by the way, i reported the homeless camps in the field weeks ago, NOTHNG DONE!!!!!!!

So here we go again! This squatter, homeless, or whatever you would like to call them has been driven out of his or her previous camp and has taken up camp in the parking lot of the furniture store. This isnt the first time this property has had problems, i have been reporting this area for over 2 years! The marshy area has been mowed and all the high shrubs have been cut down to prevent homeless encampments, thats a plus! Nip this in the bud now or the marshy arae will become infested again with these people who have no respect for the law or the enviroment!

Well here we go again! The old K-mart parking lot starting to fill up again with homeless camps and the filth they bring with them. The camps are just going to start popping up all over the old parking lot and we will be where we where months ago. The city needs to stop it NOW!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Im reporting this on 8/22/2019, lets see how long before any action will be taken to stop this. blight.

So here we have a motorhome that has decided to pull over and make the tules is new home. I have reported this site numerous times, seems there was a fire there recently. The city cant miss this one. The only problem i see is that its on hwy 29 which the COV will say its not there problem, its the states! Once again this is the main road into Vallejo, take a little pride COV and step up to the plate and do something instead of pawning it off on someone else! Is there no accountability down at the COV? Grow a set and do something!

This homeless encampment and the filthy disgusting garbage dump right across the street is what people see when they come and leave Vallejo. These camps and filth are beyond description! I know this isnt the citys property, and im sure they will inform me of it., but dont you,COV, think you should contact the state and have them clean up this mess that shows people coming here to Vallejo that we wont tolerate this? What a disgrace! Know one is being held accountable in this state anymore. Bought a home in Idaho, what a shock! No garbage on the roads, no beggers on every corner, no homeless camps in view of the people, im sure there are some. Just goes to show you what a certain run party state looks like, no freebies back in Idaho, people are proud of their State, not like here, cant wait to get out of this cesspool run state. Wont be long before Comifornia will tax everything you own or buy to the hilt. Tired of paying my hard earned tax dollars on charitable programs, free medical for illegals and the list goes on.

Once again the homeless have made their area of occupation and surrounding area a filthy unsanitary mess. All of this in plain view of the COV. I havnt reported any of the camps in the last 4 or 5 months because of the slow and no response of the city in my past reporting s. This area and the field behind the old food 4 less is starting to grow. And while im at it. the garbage and illegal dumping is on the rise between lewis brown drive and mini dr. This town has become a cesspool of filth and will never change! So SAD!!!!!!!!!

Well here its the 16th of May and nothing has been done about this area. Not only has it not been addressed, more camps have sprung up just due north o the same proerty. Call it flosden acres, the marshy area or whatever you want the City has done NOTHING to have this problem resolved evident by the mess still there and the camps starting to compound again. April 22nd was a date given to the people regarding this area as a potential cleanup, didnt happen!!!!!! The city has lost all control of these issues in Vallejo! Look around COV, does it look like your cleaning these blighted areas up? NO!!!!!!!! Why are these people allowed to break the law? Can you give me a answer without a bunch of BS! I have been reporting this area for over 1 YEAR! You, COV, have been giving me excuses for the same amount of time. ABSOLUTELY no ACCOUNTABILITY!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Well the city seems to have dropped the ball on 700 sereno dr, the marsh, flosden whatever you want to call it. Still camps at 700 sereno, filth and garbage everywhere and nothing solved. Typicall Vallejo. Now the north end of the marsh has 2 new homeless camps that if not addressed NOW! will lead to more camps and filth and garbage not to mention the human waste that will accumulate in the surrounding fields. This property owner has been given to much leeway! What is wrong with the city of vallejo when it comes to enforcing the law in this town regarding these situations? It will probably take another 10 months to get rid of these new squatters, what a frickin JOKE!!!!!!!!!!!

Here it is the 2nd of may and nothing has been done with this eyesore! These dates are the dates i started reporting this area and nothing has been done! Nothing but lip service and excuses from the city. This site has grown so out of control that its disgusting. The smell alone would make you sick to your stomach. The human waste generated by these camps is unfathomable. Yet the city lets it continue. 1-16-2018,3-9-2018,3-22-2018,4-11-2018,9-19-2018,11-12-2018,11-26-2018,12-26-2018 and mayebe four more times in 2019 and then todays reporting. What happened to april 22nd? just another date come and gone with nothing accomplished! Proof is in the pictures! Oh, and the smell!

Well here its the 23rd of april. Officer Sidie claimed on 4/1/2019 that this site would be dispersed. Well it isnt! This property owner has been given over a YEAR to clean up their property and nothing has been done and it has only gotten worse twofold! What a joke! People loitering around, garbage everywhere, where and when does it stop! I am sick and tired of all the two stepping that the city is feeding us taxpaying citizens on this camp an all the other out of control areas throughout Vallejo! The city needs someone who cares about Vallejo, not just a check taker!

This site is being ignored by the COV in my opinion. They say it is to be "inspected" on the 22nd of April, we shall see. I have been reporting this site since 2018, February of 2018 i took a photo of this site with 2 tents and reported it, months later i took another photo with more tents added, now we have this!!!!!! Why isnt the city taking drastic action to rid us people of this blight? You, COV, say your doing something, but i cant quite figure out what it is your doing! This has gotten so out of hand that its disgusting not only to look at but the smell is beyond belief. I cant believe the apartment complex hasnt sued the City for lack of action. The garbage and filth is beyond belief!If t5he city ends up having to pay for the cleanup of this site, I will look into suing the city on my end, only because this could have been prevented had they, the COV, acted when it was in its infancy!

On 4/8/2019 i took a photo of a established homeless camp with all its garbage and stated that if it wasnt addressed immediately it would compound into more camps. Well it has, two more have sprung up right next to the one i reported. This is what i mean when i say the city drags their feet. If they would just stop it in its tracks when reported these camps wouldnt escalate into more filth and garbage and unsightly camps! I can almost bet this wont be addressed and another half dozen camps will arise! Good job COV!!!!!!!!!I bet the people in the apartments love this! The camp no more than a hundred yards away still exists and growing by the day with tons of filth, garbage and human waste, what a disgrace! This site just isnt being dealt with, been months since being reported.

Flosden acres, 700 Sereno , the marshy area, whatever you want deem it as. This is what happens when you dont address the homeless camps in the area. They keep growing. The homeless camp that has compounded twofold just a hundred yards away has gotten out of control and the COV is doing nothing to stop it. Now this camp has sprung up right in behind the apartments. More filth, garbage, human waste out in the marsh and more biohazard. When are you, COV, going to step up and do something? I can see this is going to get out of hand AGAIN! More fires, more filth, more camps.

This what happens when you drag your feet and dont enforce the LAW!!!! Refer back to picture i submitted back in February and look at the increase of garbage, filth, homeless tents and all around disgusting look. I cant even imagine the human waste that abounds in the surrounding field. This is a total biohazard destroying all living creatures that inhabit the area, including humans!

If the COV had stopped this flith and disgust when first reported we wouldnt be where we are at today. My photo from 2/27/2019 shows 2 tents with one in the trees that you cannot see. Now look at this mess!!!! When are you people going to stop this! This is going to cost someone dearly to clean it up properly. Im hoping us taxpayers are not being charged through our taxes for cleaning up this biohazard, my god this despicable! I told the COV that if they didnt stop it when i first reported it this is what was going to happen. Now we have a full blown filthy garbage homeless encampment with im sure the surrounding field full of human waste! What is wrong with you people down at the city? get off your butts and enforce the LAW!!!!!!!!!!!!!

This stretch of street in Vallejo is a n=magnet for illegal dumping. The stretch of road from lewis brown dr. to mini dr is trewn with garbage on both sides. The city of vallejo doesnt seem to care about this area since it seems to always have garbage on each side of the roadway. Not more than a hundred feet from this pile of filth is a homeless camp that i clicked on over 2 months ago and its still there. People in this camp are constantly working on dismantling bikes and other items. Please address these issues as they will compound into more garbage and homeless camps.

Well, we have a new non taxpaying illegal camping littering, loitering, law breaking tenant at the FLOSDEN ACRE TENEMENT!!!!!! When is the city going to act, react or whatever it is they say they do to solve this issue. This camp is wreaking with pure filth and getting worse by the day! There is a man who lives in his mid size black ford pickup who spends the night in the parking lot and tries to keep the parking lot clean. He has told me that the property these homeless camps are on doesnt belong to the furniture store so they do nothing. Just like the city, does nothing but tellus it takes time to remove them. This has been going on for months! How much time do they need? And the camp expands! With all the trash they bring with them.
