The black Volvo is still parked in the exact same illegal spot as it was yesterday morning and last night when you responded that it was no longer there. This is a clear no parking violation. Why are you not ticketing the car? Is this arbitrary enforcement? Your responses have been lies.

No parking anytime. You responded at 9:47am saying there was no infraction. 8 hours later the car is still there. In fact is been there for 2 days parked illegally.

This is a new request. Yesterday you said the car had moved by the time parking enforcement got there, but that is not true. THE CAR IS STILL PARKED THERE IN A NO PARKING ZONE AND WITHIN 25 OF THE INTERSECTION. Why hasn't a ticket been issued? The picture is from today.

Out of state car parked in zone 1 only parking. As i wad taking this picture parking enforcement drove right on by.

This car has been parked within 5 feet of the intersection and outside of the parking zone (in the no parking zone) for three days without a ticket or towing. I asked parking enforcement and she said that it's okay to park in the No Parking zone in your own zone. That makes no sense. Is parking allowed or not?
