Homeowner has raked up leaves, limbs, trash and debris and dumped onto the sidewalk. Walkway is no longer passable causing pedestrians to walk into roadway. Pile spans approximately 8'x6'x4'. Requesting pile be removed from city sidewalk and disposed of however they deem necessary within code.

Structural damage is causing large sheets of siding to detach from structure, fly through the air and lay scattered on property, city street and adjoining properties.

Abandoned property being used as a dumpster. Requesting furniture be removed from rear of property. Large over stuffed chair, one wooden interior chair.

Retailer needs to keep up rear of property/dumpster area to prevent rodents and trash consistently being blown on private and city properties.

Unsecured dumpsters are not being maintained. Trash is strewn all over Alleyway impeding traffic.

Graffeti is appearing on our storefronts, alleyways etc all along the Brooklandpark Blvd. Five new "tags" appeared in the past three days. City just recently paid to have all commercial buildings painted. Now there is some one or a group defacing 80% of our buildings. Called Graffeti hotline and recording stayed it was not available. Graffeti must be covered up immediately to deter further destruction of property and to send a message. It is obvious that the area is not being properly patrolled or monitored.

Private citizens are permanently attaching personal signs to utility/traffic poles.

Water meter cover broken and sinking.

Business district was just painted by the city. Murals were painted on four different business ~ all coordinated by non-profit groups, neighbors and business owners. The latest brash of graffiti is taking place with spray cans. Asking that the city apply a coat of cover up paint to discourage further property tagging/damage.

Renters moved out a left trash strewn all over the front of the property/front porch. Broken chairs, grill, broken sports equipment. Dishes, clothing etc. requesting property owner be notified to clean up his property and it is an eyesore and deemed as a blighted property.

Three mattresses are strewn about in the alleyway behind this business.

Grasses and weeds approaching two feet. Front and back yards

White older model SUV has been sitting on the 900 block of Rennie Avenue for over a month. Tags and plates have been removed.

Residents dumping cushions, bedding, blankets etc. in bushes that run parallel to the alleyway and city soft ball park entrance.

Someone has dumped two mattresses and other small items on the back portion of this vacant lot. Vagrants have been seen urinating and hiding behind the mattresses. Asking again for property owner to secure his property.

Residents are dumping furniture, clothing, raw garbage in the back of the property. Notified property manager, nothing has been done. Stench and rodents.

Illegal boarding house property owner has just moved in two more people. Number is now up to six (6) in a 3 bdrm single family home.
