Last fall, you cut down a big dead tree. Thank you. However, they did not remove the stump. The stump is drawing ants and we cannot plant a new tree with the dead stump still in the ground. Please come remove the stump so we can plant a new tree and improve this empty space to make the city beautiful. Thank you.

Bloomingdale Court has been ignored in the snow clearing process. There are 5 homes here with residents now trapped because no attempt has been made to clear a roadway for this public street. The plow on U street is using the entry to Bloomingdale Court as a dumping site for the snow cleared from U street NW. This is further trapping residents on our street since DCPW is ignoring our street. We need attention ASAP. Thank you.

The full block is cleared except this corner rental property. The snow/ice is now packed and dangerous. This property owner should be forced to come take care of the area around the property that is rented and full of tenants. It is very dangerous to walk around this corner now. Please help.

No snow plows or removal still, 3 days after the storm. The plows are stopping at 1st and U street. Have you forgotten that we are still here in the 2000 block of 1st street NW?

No snow/ice treatment was done for this block. The salt trucks stopped at U street and ignored the 2000 block of 1st street NW. This is unacceptable as we still pay our taxes and need city services. I hope that when they plow the snow on streets they don't forget that we are still here.

It's very dark with this light out. It's been reported and closed multiple times but it is still not working. Please check on it. It is not safe. Thanks.

This tree has been dying over several years and has become a safety hazard as the dead branches fall off and hit cars and people. It is over 80% dead and branches fell on a person again and is a danger to the area. Please remove and replace.

This street light has been out for over 3 months. The area is dark and 3 cars have been broken into under this dead light in the past 2 nights. 6-7 car burglaries have happened here since the light went out. Please fix asap.

Parked illegally.

Recycling came but none of the trash cans were emptied. All overflowing. Rats already climbing in the cans nearby.

Trash has not been pick up in our entire block for over 2 weeks. No trash or recycle service. Alleys are dangerously narrow now. Animals are digging in trash.

Two small Christmas trees were dumped in the alley behind 2016 1st street NW. Very small. Please pick up.

House has been abandoned for several years. Homeless people are getting into house and lighting fires. Rats are crawling in and out of the house. This needs urgent attention.

Very large branch broke off and sat for a month since the house is abandoned. Now the tree looks diseased and dying and rats are infesting in the tree and abandoned house.

This is 3rd time this has been reported, tree removal service puts signs to block parking for several days, nice weather comes and goes and no one comes to take down the tree. Signs are still up from October 1-3 to block parking. It's 11 days past an tree still there, signs still there, issue gets closed and nothing happens. Please come remove this safety hazard before it hurts someone seriously.

House has sat vacant for years and people are entering at night and perhaps selling drugs from the back. Rats have been seen coming out of the house and going back inside. Windows are broken out. And this house does not appear to be taxed at the higher vacant property rate. Please board it up, get rid of rats, and find the owner. Please check the tax rate also. Thank you.
