The manhole cover next to the fire hydrant at the corner of Claremont and MacArthur in Bellevue has been leaking water out into the street for days. It is creating a constant stream of water down the block. Appears to
Be getting worse.

We have a few large items behind our shed in the alley that need to be picked up (screen door, pieces of wood, and a couple of wooden pallets).
