The high grass on the corner of Hollister and Blankenship needs to be cut in order for proper water drainage. It is also a very unsightly scene as people throw trash into this ditch very often because they see the grass is high.

There is sewage wastewater spewing out onto the front ditch of this property and it has been going on for months. this has been previously reported with no action taken. Please remediate this issue as soon as possible
