    This residence has been given fix it tickets before to no avail. They are an eyesore for our neighborhood. In addition to all the junk and debris on their lawn, they ran water today for six hours that went down their lawn, across ours, and down the street.

    Neighbor continues to erect and place eyesore looking signs and tripping hazards, poles, rope, hand written signs right on my property line and continues to allow them to fall over/hang over onto my property. Neighbor continues to store trash and old carpet along side of house in clear view of the street. This is after numerous complaints to the city. Our next step is an appointment with our representative.
